We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager - EMEA to join our dynamic team.


1. JOB DESCRIPTION AND DEPENDENCY

  • The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible expanding our embedded antenna market share within the designated territory in the EMEA region. Primary focus will be on securing new business, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth.
  • Reporting to the Head of Sales EMEA


2. ACTIVITIES

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from identifying opportunities, lead generation, qualifying, coordinating and executing sales and proposal activities. Using our internal resources to participate in business development, sales, forecasting, proposal generation and contract negotiation. Relentless in your pursuit of new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key prospects.
  • Target Achievement: Take full ownership of sales targets and plans for the assigned territory. Craft a dynamic business plan aligned with our aggressive growth objectives.
  • Pipeline Growth: Write, plan, oversee and submit proposals for business opportunities.
  • Deliver commercial and focused in Ignion value proposition presentations to partners, channel and customers as needed.
  • Leverage your personal network in the antenna/RF domain to develop key relationships that translate into tangible business outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth engineering collaboration, seamless sales processes, accurate financial forecasting, and successful proposal generation.
  • Conversion Excellence: Employ strategies to increase the conversion ratio during pivotal design stages. Manage a high-potential opportunity pipeline and continually refine tactics for success.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with OEMs, ODMs, CMs and MRs, fostering a foundation of trust and mutual benefit.
  • Channel Synergy: Collaborate intensively with representatives and distributors, equipping them with the tools, training, and guidance necessary to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
  • CRM Mastery: Efficiently manage project and sales data within the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Go above and beyond to ensure customers and partners are not only satisfied but delighted to collaborate with us, setting the stage for their market success.


3. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • B.S. Telecommunication or Electronic Engineering or relevant experience selling electronical components/semiconductors/antennas.
  • Business Administration.


4. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven record of high-performance sales, particularly within the Antenna, RF or semiconductor industries. Experienced in wireless protocols such as cellular, LoRa, Wi-Fi, BLE, Wisun, UWB, GNSS.
  • Exceptional understanding of strategic sales, pipeline management, and relationship cultivation.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in managing internal and external sales resources for optimal outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for trade shows, and client interactions. 40% to 50% expected.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
  • Exceptional presentation abilities, with the capacity to represent the company as a thought leader at industry events.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by results.
  • Extensive personal network in the IOT device OEM and transceiver companies.
  • Proficiency in English, German would be a plus.
